Pastor Scott Dean

Crossroads Community Church is blessed with Pastor and Mrs. Scott Dean. Scott is a 1990 graduate of Taylor University in Indiana, where he received a bachelor’s degree in Biology. He earned his master’s of Divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Illinois and was ordained as a PCA pastor in 1995. He served as assistant pastor for Christ Community Church in Carmel for four years before launching Crossroads Community Church in 1998. He and his wife Laurel have four children: Micah, Jonathan, Madeleine, and Grace. Scott enjoys sports, fishing, playing music and being a husband and dad.

 

Assistant Pastor Keith Doane

Keith Doane serves as Assistant Pastor and Director of Youth Ministries at Crossroads. Keith was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri and received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science and his Master of Divinity from Covenant Seminary. Keith worked with Young Life for four years while in St. Louis, joined Crossroads’ staff in June 2002, and was officially ordained in January 2005. Besides working with students, he and his wife Susan enjoy sports and spending time outdoors. Keith and Susan have 2 sons:  Schaefer and Beckett.
