Sports & Recreation

This is one of our most exciting “up and coming” ministries in the church. Our mission for this ministry is: “To glorify God by reaching the lost and discipling the found through sports and recreation.” We seek to use sport and recreation as a bridge to our community and a bond within our church. We desire to preach, share, and model the gospel of Jesus Christ through a whole host of activities that promote physical and spiritual health. We desire to develop our building and grounds in an excellent way that will attract the community onto our site for sport and recreation. Currently, we offer an annual Basketball Tournament, Golf Outing, and Children's Basketball Camp in addtion to Men’s Softball, Open Gym Basketball & Volleyball, and additional events and programs. See below for a list of ongoing and upcoming events. In the near future, our desire is to plan Sports Clinics, Walking, Aerobics, a Softball League, and various Youth Leagues.
