The purpose of our Adult Sunday School ministry is to study the Word of God with a view toward deepening believers in their faith and pointing unbelievers to the gospel. We try to keep a balance between studying books of the Bible, theological topics, and practical issues which relate to the Christian life. We typically have a Sunday School teacher lead each class, but sometimes we will use a DVD series with a teacher facilitating discussion. It is our goal to teach the Word and to encourage honest discussion. During the Adult Sunday School hour, we offer nursery for children ages 3 months to 3.5 years old. We also offer Sunday School for all
children and youth up through high school. All Sunday school begins at 9 AM.
In addition to our primary Sunday school class, we offer a Connections Class which is specifically designed to give people a solid introduction to Crossroads as well as to give people the opportunity to join the church. We meet three times a year for ten weeks: Fall, Winter, and Spring. We have people come to this class who have only been attending the church for a few weeks as well as people who have been attending the church for years and are ready to join. Pastor Scott Dean leads this class and always looks forward to meeting new people and moving them toward a better understanding of CCC. You can contact Pastor Dean if you have any questions about the class: sdean@crossroadspca.org
