Crossroads Community Church has a very active youth ministry, consisting of youth groups for our junior and senior highs, a Sunday school class, and ongoing mercy ministries.
Quest
Life is a journey in which we are coming to a greater understanding of who we are and the world around us. Middle School is a time when students are wrestling with who they are and the role that God plays in their lives. Quest is our ministry for students in the 6th-8th grades. We currently meet on Monday nights at the Doane’s House from 7-8:30pm. Quest is a great opportunity to explore what God has to say about life, deepen relationships and to jump into the adventure of life.
Break Point
The High School years are an exciting time of exciting time of adventure and exploration of the world around us. For many students, it is a time of deciding who they are going to be in life. Break Point is our ministry to students in the 9th-12th grade. We meet Sunday nights from 6:30-8:30 pm at the Doane’s house to hang out together, have some fun, and jump into God’s Word.
Youth Worship Band
We are called by God to worship Him with all of our heart, soul, mind, and strength. Included in this call to worship is worship through music. At Crossroads we encourage our students to worship God through the use of their musical gifts. The Youth Worship Band currently meets on Sunday afternoons for rehearsal. If you are interested in finding out more, please contact the church office at 317.485.2175.
Sunday School
Our Junior and Senior High Sunday School meet at 9am on Sunday mornings. We spend time looking into God’s Word and also praying for one another.
Mercy Ministries
As Christians, we are called into lives of service to others. One of the ongoing opportunities we have to serve is through the Wheeler Mission. We currently serve dinner at the downtown Homeless Shelter on the 1st Tuesday of each month.
